Philip Washington, was hit by a drunk driver while he was crossing the street. The lady left the scene as he lay on the ground badly injured. He is currently hospitalized in ICU and has had 3 surgeries with several more scheduled.

As a small business owner and primary earner for his family, he will be unable to return to work for several months and possibly a year.
