Help Philian Get Life-Saving Surgery

I am looking to raise funding for Philian’s surgery that is very important. He has pulmonic stenosis which is a congenital condition causing increased pressures in the right side of the heart, which can lead to thickening of the heart muscle, heart failure, arrhythmias, and even sudden death. Phil saw the cardiologist yesterday and is considered severe. The surgery he needs to correct this is a balloon valvoplasty. This will be a 3 night stay that averages from 4-6,000 dollars.
