Hi all, my name is Phil Rine. I had no idea my life would change. I had emergency open-heart surgery. I did not know I was even ill.

My boss stopped paying me as he cannot afford my weekly salary. I really need help for my monthly bills and medical bills. I am going to be out of work for 3 months. I do not have any type of disability insurance to help. Please help with anything you can.
