My brother Phil and his wife Devonna are very sick with  COVID-19. They live in Asuncion, Paraguay where they own and operate a restaurant. Due to their illness, they've had to close down the business. In addition, medications are very expensive. It is unknown when they will be able to return to their livelihood.
