Hey there, I’m ask for help for our friend Phil Barco. Phil went to Chesapeake regional Friday afternoon. Phil was having chest pains. He was admitted into the hospital for testing and treatment. Phil is in good spirits but is worried about the bills. I’d like to help take that stress off him and his family. Phil doesn’t have health insurance so we all know how expensive that can be.
