HELP PEYTON-LYNN GET TO WASHINGTON DC

Hello! My name is Peyton Lynn Kaimimalu Mattos. I am 13 years old and I attend Verde Christian Academy as an 8th grader. I have been at VCA since I was in kindergarten and this is my last year attending this school. My school's mission statement is to Know Christ Personally, Excel Academically, and transform communities for God's glory!

This year our 8th grade class is doing a trip to Washington DC and Pennsylvania. I am so excited to see all of the cool things that DC has to show me! History is one of my favorite subjects. My favorite thing to learn about in history is definitely WW2. I am very happy since we will be able to visit the Holocaust Museum too! I would love to visit Washington and see all the amazing things God has created. I am so thankful to have this opportunity to visit Washington! We will be staying on the east coast and will also be in Philadelphia to visit Gettysburg and Lancaster!

Some other cool places we will be going to are the Lincoln Museum, the White house, Ford’s Theater, the Capital Museum, and many more. One very cool thing that our school will be doing is going to see a live reenactment of the story of Daniel!

This trip will be 1 week long in April 2024. The total cost of this school trip will be $1,500. I am needing to raise the money by February 2024 and have a $500 deposit by December 1, 2023.. If you are able to, please consider donating if possible. I am also willing to work to raise the funds. If you have any opportunities please let me know.
