Mr. William "Pat" Hayes has called his house home for 41 years, growing up and building a life in the same place, right across from the volunteer fire department. On Tuesday night, December 9th, 2025, tragedy struck when a fire destroyed everything he owned. Now, he is left with absolutely nothing, facing the unimaginable task of starting over.

This loss is especially heavy for Mr. Pat, who has already endured so much in recent years. Over a year ago, he survived a terrible car accident as a passenger, which left him with a steel leg. Just two years ago, he lost his beloved mother. Through it all, he has continued to do as much as he can for others, always keeping his head up and a smile on his face, even when his tears are real and his heart is heavy.

Currently Mr. Pat is asking for continued prayers for him and his tough journey forward ahead. Any and all support, of any kind, will be beyond appreciated. This was a total and complete loss of everything inside his home. He is hoping to raise enough funds to rebuild his lifelong home, that is more easily accessible and to navigate, with his steel leg.
