Help pets evacuated from fire

In the midst of the devestating fires, K9 Country Club & Kitty Spa has recieved numerous calls from terrified families evacuating their homes in Sonoma County.  We have taken in 8 dogs and 15 cats at this point, with more calls today.

We were working on a "Pay what you can afford" system as most of these families have lost everything.  The last thing we want is for clients to be concerned about the cost.

We have been humbled by the support of our clients who are wanting to help.  A client suggested we start a GoFundMe account to help offset the cost of boarding.  This will allow us to offer free boarding and daycare to all evacuees, as well as care for any long term boarding needs for families who have lost their homes.  We will also be able to purchase supplies needed to help as many pets as we can.

I am thankful for a community that pulls together in times of need.

The evacuated dogs have been stress free, playing with new friends in our play yards.  The cats have a much needed quiet spot to relax and stretch their legs.

I want to thank my staff for going above and beyond.  Employees have offered to come in on their days off as well as former employees offering to come in and help.

Thank you for your support.
