The University of Utah had a surprise opening for top surgery on October 1, which is awesome because it's the last major step for my transition! Unfortunately, it's expensive, and my wife and I now only have four months to get the funding we need. We've been saving for a long time, but the expedited appointment means we're not quite prepared to have all the money in hand by October.
