Help Peter with Cancer Aid

Hello everyone, my name is Peter Torres and unfortunately, I'm at an all time low. I was diagnosed with stomach cancer in October 20th, 2020 and have since been battling this disease. I did 4 cycles of chemotherapy followed by, a complete gastrectomy, which is the removal of stomach and gall bladder, on March 1, 2021. I was believed to be okay after several tests proved to be nothing there until this very last recent test done in November 2021 due to feeling ill. Now, my cancer is back and spread to my liver and abdominal cavity. I never intended to ask for assistance but now I need some help. Please, anything will help. Share if possible.
