An Update From The Nguyen Family
Words cannot express the depth of our gratitude for the overwhelming prayers and support we have received during this challenging time. Since Peter's accident the outpouring of love, prayers and support has been a source of strength for us. From the bottom of our hearts, we want to thank each and every one of you who has reached out, offered help, sent messages of encouragement, and kept us in your thoughts and prayers. Your kindness has been a beacon of hope during this difficult time .

To those who have donated financially, we are humbled and grateful beyond measure.
To those who have taken the time to visit, bring meals , helped with our kids, run errands, helped with lawn care, or simply lent an ear, your presence has brought comfort and solace during moments of uncertainty.

To our family, friends, neighbors, and even strangers who have sent messages of support and kept us in their prayers, your compassion has lifted our spirits and reminded us of how amazing our community is. Please know we truly feel lifted up in the hardest moments by each and every prayer, positive thought and well wishes. God is good and he is answering so many of our prayers!

We are deeply touched by the kindness and generosity we have experienced and I wish I could hug and thank each one of you individually. I feel my words just aren’t enough to fully convey how thankful we are. All of your acts of kindness have shown us that we are not alone in this journey and has given Peter the extra strength he needs to heal. We are blessed to be surrounded by such a caring community.
We are forever grateful for the love and compassion you have shown our family.

Love,

Peter, Alexis and Kids.
…………………………………………………………………………
I am writing on behalf of my dear friends, The Nguyen Family. On July 4th, 2024, Peter Nguyen, a beloved husband and father was greatly injured in an unfortunate propane fire. The accident was beyond anyone's control and completely unpreventable. Given the date, it's worth noting that the accident had nothing to do with fireworks or carelessness.

Peter is currently in the hospital suffering with intense burns, and swelling. The burns have covered his legs, arms, foot, and a portion of his face. He is being monitored closely so his doctors can decipher the next steps for care. Unfortunately, surgery and rigorous therapy are most likely in his future.

Peter and Alexis Nguyen are incredibly hardworking and kindhearted people. They have 6 beautiful children and are greatly involved in their small community. Chances are, if you live in Oviedo, you've probably seen them on the football fields, school events, or church. They are a selfless family who always serve and take care of others.

Due to Peter's injuries, he will miss a considerable amount of work. If you are able, please help me take some of the financial burden away from this well-deserving family. No amount is too small and any donation is immensely appreciated.

Thank you for taking the time to read their story.
