In January 2024, Peter’s life changed forever when he suffered a stroke. Just as he was working to recover, another devastating blow came one year later. In January 2025, Peter underwent prostate surgery after being diagnosed with cancer.
Although he chose surgery, doctors discovered the cancer had spread to his lymph nodes. A subsequent PET scan revealed even more cancer in his 5th left rib and scapula. Peter is now undergoing daily radiation treatments for two months, in addition to taking life-saving medications.
Despite his strength and determination, this medical journey has been overwhelming—physically, emotionally, and financially.
