My name is Therese, and I am Aurelia’s Aunty.

I’m reaching out on behalf of my brother, Peter, and his beautiful daughter, Aurelia, who is nearly 2 years old.

Aurelia has been diagnosed with severe Pulmonary Hypertension, a rare and life threatening condition.

Aurelia has been fighting every day with incredible courage. She lights up when she watches Miss Rachel, giggles at Bluey, and beams when she’s surrounded by her loving family. She is full of love, joy, and has a beautiful gentle spirit.

Recently, our family received heartbreaking news: Perth Children’s Hospital has said there is nothing more they can do for Aurelia in Australia, and she has been referred to end-of-life palliative care. But we refuse to accept that this is the end of her story. We is determined to explore specialist international treatment options and potential heart-lung transplant lists to give Aurelia every chance at life.
