My son Peter has always dreamed of becoming a professional tennis player. He’s dedicated countless hours to training, and our family has done everything possible to support his journey. Peter is currently ranked number one in South Carolina for boys under 12, number 10 in the Southern section, and 77 in the country. He’s also a straight-A student, showing his commitment both on and off the court. However, since my husband lost his job in November, our financial situation has changed drastically. We’re now struggling to cover the costs of Peter’s coaching, which is essential for his growth and development in the sport.
The funds raised will go directly toward paying off what we owe to Peter’s Tennis Academy. Because of this outstanding balance, Peter can’t take private lessons right now, and we’re unable to afford the summer training camp that’s so important for his progress. Without these opportunities, it’s difficult for him to keep improving and working toward his dream.
We’ve given up everything we can to help fund Peter’s tennis dreams, but the reality is that he needs coaching, equipment, and tournament travel to succeed. Tennis is an extremely expensive sport, and even with a healthy income, it’s hard to keep up. As his mother, I’m working a minimum wage job just to make ends meet. Any support you can offer would mean the world to us and help Peter continue pursuing his dreams. Thank you for considering helping our family during this challenging time.
