Hi guys, I’m Perris. I am a mother of 2 and local hairstylist with a private suite in Ventura. I have recently been given the advice of my doctor to undergo surgery that is not life-threatening, but will drastically improve the quality of my life. Recovery time is 2-6 weeks. During this time I will not be able to see clients, but will have to continue paying my monthly suite rent of $750/mo and various other daily expenses/bills. Community care is of great importance to me not just in my business but in daily life. This fundraiser is my last resort and I am hoping community care will help get me healthy so I can continue my work as a stylist, mother, and comrade.
