El maestro Jesús Ignacio Pérez-Perazzo ha sido un destacado y reconocido músico dentro y fuera del país por su importante aporte al patrimonio artístico, cultural y musical en Venezuela.
Es referencia de movida musical de los años 60'. Miembro fundador del Sistema Nacional de Orquestas de Venezuela.
Por más de diez años, estuvo al frente de la dirección musical de la Banda Marcial Caracas, y en los años más recientes, fundó la Banda Sinfónica Simón Bolívar y se mantiene formando al grupo de alumnos del Conservatorio Simón Bolívar.
El jueves 17 de septiembre, el maestro Pérez-Perazzo sufrió un infarto y debe someterse a una revascularización miocárdica quirúrgica.
Estamos recaudando los fondos necesarios para realizar la cirugía, y será de gran ayuda cualquier aporte que recibamos.

Maestro Jesús Ignacio Pérez-Perazzo has been an outstanding and recognized musician in Venezuela and abroad for his significant contribution to the Venezuelan artistic, cultural and musical heritage.
He is a reference for the musical movement of the 1960s and founding member of the National System of Orchestras of Venezuela.
For over ten years, he served as Music Director of the Caracas Martial Band, and more recently, he founded the Simón Bolívar Symphonic Band and continues to train the group of students of the Simón Bolívar Conservatory.
On Thursday, September 17, Maestro Pérez-Perazzo suffered a heart attack and must undergo a surgical myocardial revascularization.
We are raising the funds necessary to perform such surgery, and any donation will be of great help.
