On Thursday, my mom was admitted to the ICU due to a sudden and severe case of ketoacidosis. Her condition has gotten better and is currently still in the hospital waiting to be released.

My mom is an incredible person who has always put others first. She’s been there for so many, offering support and love, and now she needs our help.
