Hello! My name is Percy Ziolkowski, and I am a transgender man trying to raise funds for my top surgery on April 17th, 2026. I am a theatre/textile artist based in Midland, Michigan; However, I grew up in Algonac, Michigan. I live with my partner and our tuxedo cat Serena.

I was hoping to wait until I had more saved up on my own but with it seeming more inaccessible every day, I need to get this surgery before it is no longer accessible in the United States. I am asking for $5k, which would cover both the surgery, and my recovery costs (about a 6 week recovery time). Any leftover funds that were not used for these two costs will be donated to Elevated Access, an organization dedicated to providing grants and transportation for underprivileged transgender people to access gender affirming care and other important, life-saving resources.
