Help Pepper Walk Again: Surgery for Ronald's Loyal Companion

My name is Ronald Alvarez and I am raising funds for an unexpected surgery my dog Pepper needs. He will need surgery on his joint to be able to walk again. For the past three weeks he has not been able to put weight on his back right leg and is in a lot of pain. He has noticeably lost weight and the doctor says that surgery is imperative. Before this injury, Pepper was a healthy, energetic 5 year old terrier that loved to go fishing with me and play fetch at the beach. This has come at a very challenging time for me and my family. Like many people in Florida our house was damaged by the hurricanes last year and we lost so much. This is why I am asking for donations to help pay for the high cost of his surgery.

Pepper is not just any pet. I am a Veteran with Type II diabetes and he is my medical aid. He lets me know when my sugar levels become too low so I can take my insulin. He also lays on me when I suffer from PTSD and calms my anxiety. He's my best friend and with your help he'll be able to get well soon. Thank you!
