Help Milo Overcome Severe Anemia and Kidney Disease
Donation protected
Milo is a one-year-old cat rescued from the streets. He was severely anemic and needed an immediate blood transfusion. The blood transfusion was done, but his hemoglobin is still very low due to kidney issues. Kidney disease is very rare in younger cats. His creatinine level had shot up to 11.7. Because of this, his body wasn't able to maintain the hemoglobin level, so he required another blood transfusion. He's currently on fluid treatment and antibiotics to manage his kidney function. The cost of the treatment has come up a lot because we had to do multiple tests and procedures for his treatment, including blood transfusion, ultrasound, PCR, FeLV and FIV tests, various blood tests for CBC and kidney function, fecal and urine tests, daily IV treatment, and medicines. I need funds for my baby's further treatment. Any help would be greatly appreciated! He's very young, extremely loving, and super cuddly! Your help can give him a second chance at life!
