Help Pepper in her time of need

Update: 1/21/22. Thank you all for your generosity. Pepper is improving - her appetite is back, there's a brighter light in her eyes, and she's showing a small measure of what's been called her "bulldozer personality" She's endured plenty of poking at the hands of strangers. It surely must confuse dogs the way we humans get so familiar with healthcare professionals we've never met that we'll hand one of them our dog's leash, while alternatively we pass by strangers at other times without more than civil acknowledgement.
She and I have made some rounds and following our meeting today with Dr Peter Roy, DVM, in Wolfeboro, NH, I believe I see a light at the end of the tunnel - or perhaps it is a vision of what lurks inside my little friend's stomach. I've scheduled an appointment for Monday afternoon for an endoscopy at another establishment - one that has such equipment. Tonight I pureed Pepper's supper in a blender and set aside more pureed canine cuisine to cover tomorrow's feedings, pre-measured in separate containers. She lapped it up tonight with vigor and she eagerly indicated that seconds would be welcomed.
I have hope tonight. And much gratitude for your gifts. Thank you all so much for your thoughtfulness.

1/19/22. I'm Davy Sturtevant and this is Pepper, my Emotional Support Animal. Pepper is always hungry because of medication she takes to control her seizure disorder. Recently she stopped eating and wouldn't even take her meds (embedded in her favorite - peanut butter). The veterinarian x-rayed her stomach and found that she had swallowed things that dogs shouldn't eat, like the end of a phone charging cable and some wires. In addition, she now has pneumonia which might stem from her body's efforts to expel these items from her stomach.

In order to get these items safely out of her stomach so that she can recover, a surgical procedure is required. The price I was quoted was an estimate of $4,800.
I know that not everyone will be able to help, but if you can, I'll be forever grateful, and Pepper can regain her health.
Thank you for taking the time.
