Hi everyone,

My name is Shania, and I’m reaching out for help for my sweet cat, Pepper. Pepper has always been a gentle, affectionate soul — the kind of cat who curls up beside you when you’re sad and greets you with soft meows when you come home. Over the past year, though, her health has taken a difficult turn. Her asthma has become increasingly aggressive, and despite treatments and medications, she’s not improving the way we hoped.

Pepper’s asthma has become difficult to manage. We’ve tried medications, inhalers, diagnostic tests, and multiple vet visits, but she hasn’t been improving the way we hoped. Despite everything, she continues to push through with the same calm, loving spirit she’s had her whole life.

Unfortunately, the cost of her care has become overwhelming. The ongoing treatments, emergency visits, and medications are extremely expensive, and my family has been financially unstable for a while due to other stresses. We are truly doing everything we can, but we’ve reached a point where we can’t keep up with her medical needs on our own. This month may be critical for her, and I’m terrified that I might lose her simply because I can’t afford the care she desperately needs.
