Help Penny with Medical Expenses

As most of you know, Penny has been bravely fighting for her life to recover from COVID-19 for the last 8 weeks. At the end of October she was life-flighted from Sioux City to Des Moines where she stayed in the ICU. She was transferred back to Sioux City by three hour ambulance ride around Thanksgiving once an ICU room was finally available locally, and has been there since.
We still aren't sure when she will get to come home, but we are doing everything we can to make sure she gets stronger with each passing day. She truly is Wonder Woman and is fighting a Herculean battle to regain her strength and find a new normal. We truly cannot thank you all enough for your continued prayers and well wishes. It means more to us than we could ever begin to express.
While Penny is still in the hospital, the bills are stacking up and our family is quickly running out of resources. We need to raise a minimum of $10,000 to cover medical and other expenses. We know that the pandemic has hit hard globally and understand if you are unable to make a donation, especially with the holidays coming up.
