Help Penny the pitbull with removing skin cancer..

HELLO EVERYONE!  This is our pitbull penny. She's a sweetheart! However we just found out she  has skin cancer, that needs to be removed.  We would really appreciate any help for our beloved dog. I'll post pictures of her skin cancer that needs to be removed.
