Penny is a sweet Frenchie who means everything to Kennedy. She was gifted to him by his mom during a time when he was struggling with severe depression, and she quickly became his emotional support animal. Penny has been by Kennedy’s side through thick and thin, always ready with a wagging tail and a comforting presence when he needed it most.

Recently, while playing with Penny and rubbing her belly, we discovered a large lump. We immediately called the vet, and after an exam, it was clear that Penny would need surgery to remove the tumor and a biopsy to determine what comes next. The news has been overwhelming, especially since Kennedy is currently unable to afford the full cost of the procedure.
