Support a local dream, one crêpe at a time.
Bonjour! My name is Simon Peltier, and for the past year you may have seen me serving authentic French crêpes and galettes in Tilburg and Brabant.
Thanks to your support and enthusiasm, Peltier Crêpes & Galettes has grown from a simple idea into a recognised and beloved local food experience.
Today, I’m taking a big step:
Moving the business into its first commercial unit, right here in a Tilburg train wagon.
This is a dream coming true — but also a major financial challenge.
And that’s why I’m reaching out to you.
Why I Need Your Help
To open this new workspace safely, legally and professionally, I need to invest approximately €10,000.
My goal is to elevate this project and bring an ever-better experience to the local community.
✅ Why I'm Not Asking For The Full Amount
I have saved up and planned this carefully. But investing everything at once would leave the business with no cash buffer.
As a small local business, this is essential in case of unexpected events or slow periods.
Instead of putting the business at risk, I am seeking the community's help.
My Goal: €4,000
This will go directly into financing new equipment, complying with legal standards, and creating the best possible atmosphere to welcome you.
Every euro reduces the pressure of the transition and brings me closer to opening the Peltier wagon smoothly and safely.
Why This Matters
Peltier is not just about food — it's about sharing a piece of authentic French tradition, craftsmanship and warmth with the people of Brabant.
How You Can Help

Your continuous support keeps our stoves hot!
❤️ Thank You
From the bottom of my heart — thank you.
This step is the beginning of something bigger, and I’m incredibly grateful for the community that has followed Peltier Crêpes & Galettes so far.
Together, let's bring this authentic French crêperie to life in Tilburg.
Merci,
Simon
