Hi, my name is Samantha Bell and I have created this GoFundMe on behalf of my Godmother, Aunt Peggy. Peggy was finally diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) in 2021 after several years of her body slowly losing capabilities. ALS is a motor neuron disease that essentially prevents messages from the brain to reach her muscles so they atrophy (die). Her brother Patrick, my father, died of ALS in 2016. This is a terminal illness, ALS doesn't quit so neither do we!

Peggy is a proud mom and grandma. She is devastated by her diagnosis and wants to live a full and meaningful life. Unfortunately, this disease is also VERY EXPENSIVE. She very much so needs help with her medical costs for all of her medications & equipment to stay alive. She also needs help with caretaking as you can't leave an ALS patient alone.

I am asking for contributions for my beloved Aunt Peggy so that she can live a full and wonderful life even though her body is slowly betraying her. Anything will be greatly appreciated, love you all!
