Hi everyone, my big sis Peej is halfway through her breast cancer journey. She has been so blessed with a great medical team. Her care has been great. But post mastectomy she has started to develop lymphoedema. She needs some specialised compression garments to help her. She is also undertaking her radiation therapy at a clinic where there is some out of pocket expenses. As a single person and rising interest rates these expenses are piling up. She has wonderful people around her who support her. I am asking if you can, and able to, donate to her expenses so that she doesn’t have to worry about these expenses and can focus on her healing. 

Update: Pamela felt overwhelmed when I spoke to her about this…. I did this without telling her. She is so very grateful. She has advised me that her current expenses with new bras, the sleeves and gloves to help the lymphoedema, out of pocket costs for prosthetics… that the costs are a little higher than my quick calculations last night. So I have upped to goal to $2,000. For those who have donated - thanks so so much. She was really down yesterday and waking up to this news was just the lift she needed.  She was full of joy and happiness this morning after an especially down and discouraging day yesterday.
