Our hearts are broken over the loss of our Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Sister and Aunt Gloria Pedroza on November 1st. After a long battle with Kidney disease, heart disease and diabetes.

Gloria struggled with health issues off and on for 20+ years then during the last couple of months she ended up in the hospital a few times but every time she was able to beat the odds. During this last visit she was rushed to the hospital due to cardiac arrest. They were able to bring her back, she had to be intubated and then she suffered from 4 strokes however she defied expectations and her stroke symptoms subsided except her right arm. Gloria was surrounded by loved ones for over 2 weeks while she recovered. Through it all she maintained a positive attitude. Then on Oct 31st she had another cardiac episode and had to be moved back to the ICU and intubated again. We finally felt like the hospital and the family were on the same page and then in the early hours of Nov 1st her heart stopped and they weren't able to bring her back.

We set up this Gofundme to help our family with the cost of funeral expenses, missed work and any other expenses that will arise from this heartbreaking loss. Funeral Services are being arranged Family and Friends will be updated accordingly.

Con el corazón destrozado por la pérdida de nuestra esposa, madre, abuela, hermana y tía Gloria Pedroza el 1 de noviembre. Después de una larga batalla contra enfermedad renal, enfermedad cardíaca y diabetes.

Gloria luchó contra problemas de salud intermitentemente durante más de 20 años y, durante los últimos meses, terminó en el hospital varias veces, pero en cada ocasión logró superar las adversidades. Durante esta última visita, tuvo que ser trasladada de urgencia al hospital debido a un paro cardíaco. Lograron revivirla, tuvieron que intubarla y luego sufrió 4 embolias; sin embargo, desafió las expectativas y sus síntomas de embolia disminuyeron, excepto en su brazo derecho.

Gloria estuvo rodeada de sus seres queridos durante más de dos semanas mientras se recuperaba. A pesar de todo, mantuvo una actitud positiva.Luego, el 31 de octubre, sufrió otro episodio cardíaco y tuvo que ser trasladada de nuevo a la UCI e intubada otra vez.Finalmente sentimos que el hospital y la familia estaban de acuerdo en lo de su tratamiento , y luego, en la madrugada del 1 de noviembre, su corazón se detuvo y no pudieron revivirla.
