My name is Pedro, and I’ve been struggling with major back pain since October 14. I’ve been in and out of hospitals, searching for answers and relief, but so far, the pain continues and the uncertainty has made things even harder. They finally found out what’s been happening to me. It’s called Guillain-Barré syndrome is a rare autoimmune disorder where the immune system attacks peripheral nerves, causing rapid weakness, tingling, and pain, often starting in the feet and moving upward, potentially leading to paralysis. This ongoing medical challenge has made it difficult especially as the bills are starting to come in.

Right now, I’m facing mounting medical expenses. Every day is a challenge, and I’m doing my best to stay strong while I focus on getting better.
