My sweet girl Pebbles desperately needs your help!!!! I don’t know what is wrong with her and am so helpless!!!! Pancreatitis? Addison's? Cancer? We don’t know!!!! She has been extremely ill since last Monday. She has been to the ER FIVE times already with three different vets in less than two weeks and already hospitalized once for 24 hours. I think she needs to be hospitalized again, and longer. Last Monday night was $750 at VEG, Tuesday night $295 at VEG, and her hospitalization Wednesday night at Scottsdale Emergency Vet was $3600 last week as well. I then took her to the VCA last Sunday, another $175, and again Thursday, another $1700. We did an ultrasound Thursday and it showed her pancreas, liver, and spleen inflamed as well as connective tissue inflamed. We are also running tests for Addison's Disease and are pending results. I don’t think it’s cancer because this all started after she ate something she shouldn’t have.

She is not eating, has bloody diarrhea, is in pain, and has a fever. She shakes and moans, chatters her teeth. She seemed better right after hospitalization last week for a day as her fever went down and diarrhea was not as bad; however, she had refused to eat still. I have been getting her to eat handfuls of food here and there thanks to an appetite stimulant, but she only will do small bites and not prescription food. She is losing weight drastically and is already thin as an Italian Greyhound. She had diarrhea in bed and she is hot with fever off and on and won’t stop trembling. We don’t sleep, she shakes, I hold her and try not to cry in front of her. I have an occurrence from work because I left early to get her the ultrasound on Thursday. She looks HORRIBLE and I don’t know what else to do. She is so sick AND I CANNOT LOSE HER!!!

The vet bills are outrageous and I am desperate. I cannot afford this on my own. PLEASE, anything will help, even $5!!!

I want to hospitalize her at VCA this weekend and they also recommended a full body scan, probably another $7K easy. I am begging, please help me help her!!!! Please help me find out what is wrong with her so we can fix it!!!

If anyone would like to call any of the vets, please feel free to. Whatever it takes, I just need help…financially, suggestions, ANYTHING TO HELP SAVE HER!!!
