Hello, my name is Hailey. On this day, my dog Pebbles went to the emergency vet because she got extremely bloated in her stomach, the vet had told us her intestines are extremely inflamed and she's undergoing treatment for having either inflammatory bowel disease or protein-losing enteropathy. The vet hasn't been able to make a certain diagnosis, but it is clear she has intestinal issues. At this time, Pebbles now has to go to a specialist that will cost $3,000, medication she will be on for the rest of her life, a surgical biopsy, as well as lots of vet visits that can range in cost. There is a chance that if she doesn't get better, her body will start to shut down, and we will have to unfortunately let her go. Pebbles is only 4 years old, and we have no idea what we would do without her. My family cannot afford the cost of her treatment and anything and everything will help us.
