She was deported when I was still just a young kid. She is basically a senior citizen on her deathbed in the Philippines now, and her dying wish is for me to bring her newborn grandson to visit her before she is gone so she can move on in peace. Her husband, my dad, is dead, so she has nobody left in her immediate family to see her off.

She's in a lot of pain and is losing her battle with stage 4 breast cancer. I've done everything within my power to take care of her from the States, including taking out a loan just to support her while I had a baby. I am not a wealthy person; I'm actually in a lot of debt, so needless to say, I don't have any more money to go visit her or pay for her food, board, caregiver, chemo medicine, etc. Anything will help, and American dollars can definitely be stretched a lot further in the Philippines, so literally any amount helps.
