Hey, I'm Pearl and 27. I recently got sick with two respiratory infections thay caused my heart to swell up with fluid. It's gotten hard for me to move around and breathe without overwhelming myself with normal movement. As of right now my job has sent me on leave without pay and I really need some help with medical bills and living expenses. But I am looking for a new job in the process.
