Pearl is a 6/7 year old dog who came from a terrible living condition. I have been fostering her for a little over a month now, and in that short time, she has shown so much resilience and sweetness despite her past. Pearl has a large fatty tumor hanging from her neck, weighing about 2lbs and stretching nearly 6 inches. It’s heartbreaking to see her carry this burden, and it needs to be removed as soon as possible for her comfort and health. In addition to the tumor, Pearl may also have a hernia that should be removed to ensure she can live pain-free.
