Hi our name is Albert and Allyssa, we are seeking help in behalf of our friend Jomar Serevo and his wife Pearl Joy Serevo who is seven months pregnant and been diagnose with Reproductive Immune Disorder (RID), which complicates her pregnancy. They reside in the Philippines and is now admitted at the hospital.

Their situation,

1. Pearl needs Intravenous Immunoglobulin (IVIG) treatment(cost: 130,000PHP or 3,472AUD) to suppress her immune system and protect the baby.

2. She recently suffered a torn cervix from contractions, requiring emergency surgery and blood transfusions.

3. She’s now in the labor room, battling contractions while doctors try to delay preterm birth. The baby has a low survival chance if delivered now due to complications like gestational diabetes and utero-placental insufficiency.

4. A second round of IVIG is urgently needed to save both Pearl and the baby.

Latest update from Jomar Servo (husband);

"It has been a week since we admitted, but the contraction is still there. This was the main reason why her cervix is slowly giving up. Despite of the different medications and procedures, it seems that her body is rejecting the pregnancy and already in the process of LABOR.

Doctors are doing their best to hold it off, but the process is really expensive. If we can't hold the labor, the next option is to conduct pre-term labor and the process is 10x more expensive than holding it in.

Right now, the Hospital is asking for an additional down payment of the account of will be subject for closure.

We are in really in need of your assistance for us to go through at least 2 more weeks for the baby to mature and proceed with the pre-term labor."
