Help Peanut Recover from TPLO Surgery

Donation protected
Hi beautiful friends,

I know most of you follow us for our cats—Lilith, Hazel, and Henry—and I’m so grateful for this wonderful community. But today, I’m here to ask for help on behalf of one of our quieter (but very loved) family members: Peanut, our sweet rescued farm pup.

Recently, Peanut tore a ligament in her back leg that required TPLO surgery—a serious and costly procedure to help her walk without pain again. She’s recovering now, but the road ahead involves medications, rehab, and ongoing care.

Peanut may not make as many appearances as the cats, but she’s just as much a part of our lives—gentle, loyal, and endlessly patient with her feline siblings. Seeing her in pain and unable to move comfortably has been incredibly hard.

Before surgery, we’ve spent a couple thousand dollars on vet visits, medication, x-rays, and surgical consults leading up to her procedure. The surgery itself came to $7,397.79—an unexpected and significant cost. I've included a copy of the invoice for transparency. We humbly ask for any support, whether it’s a donation, a share, or even just sending good vibes our way. Every bit helps us get Peanut back to her tail-wagging, happy self. Unfortunately, she's also starting to show signs of a tear in the other leg, meaning another surgery might be in our future. (But one step at a time!)

Thank you for being here—for the cats, and now, for Peanut too.

With love and gratitude,
Mother of Cats
