Peanut is my 8-year-old, 10 lb chihuahua who has been my loyal companion since she was just three months old. She’s been with me through every single hard time in my life, always offering comfort and unconditional love. Peanut is more than just a pet—she’s truly my best friend and a cherished member of my family. Seeing her in pain has been incredibly difficult, and I want to do everything possible to help her heal.

Recently, Peanut developed a large mass on her belly and became lethargic, crying, and clearly uncomfortable. The vet believes the mass could be cancerous, and has recommended urgent surgery to remove two masses as a preventative measure. The costs for her care are more than I can manage alone.
