Help Peach Fly Again: Support His Heart Treatment

My family rescued Peach in 2018. He's been an enormous part of our lives. He is genuinely the sweetest little boy. Anyone who knows us knows... Me and Ian live for those birds.

Last Wednesday, Peach collapsed on the ground after trying to fly to his playstand. I rushed him to an emergency vet appointment. They estimated that he has heart disease. After the appointment we were absolutely devastated. I had just lost my bird Victor a year ago and the thought of losing Peach destroyed us.

We took him to see a specialist Tuesday. She said a CT scan would help her clearly see the heart issue in it's entirety. Following the scan we can place him on the appropriate medication and adjust as needed.

We have been traveling to Rock Hill NY to see the best vet care we can give him. This is a 1.5 hour drive. I am an incoming grad student at BU and my boyfriend is going for his RN. The CT scan is running us $1500 with all the tests and reading.

ANYTHING helps!! We just want our little boy to get better and thrive♥️

We want him to have the same quality of life he has now. The CT scan and medication will allow him to live and fly in his aviary (he is unable to be active for the time being)
