Help Peaceful Dharma Rain Attend and Coordinate VT Retreats

Hi :) I’m fundraising to offset the income I will be displacing in order to attend and help coordinate this summer’s Vermont retreats.

I’m fortunate to be able to say that money challenges tend to work out — sometimes, quite magically, to the penny. As a result, in recent years, I’ve been able to attend nearly all of Rinpoche’s online teaching events, his summer retreats, and one pilgrimage to Nepal.

This year, while travel, lodging, event, and pet/house sitting expenses might work themselves out ahead of the July retreats, navigating the loss of nine days of income while there feels especially daunting.

I’m catching up on recent time off work to attend to the passing of a Great Beloved. I’m without financial reserves, feeling a bit depleted of the energy needed to generate extra income.

With support - including good wishes and telepathic encouragement which are equal to if not more beneficial than any financial contribution - I can prioritize practice and study, trauma therapist job, remembering I have MS, and helping aging parents and pets.

So, it’s with a tender, grateful heart that I ask for help so that I can be of help in the ways I have the energy and knack for. I’m very excited to see sangha friends in person in VT - oh the hugs I can’t wait to give - and to see Rinpoche and the family.

May all current pilgrims and summer retreatants have needed resources of every kind to benefit directly - and then relentlessly, skillfully, contagiously - from the glory of Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche’s incredibly generous turning of the Wheel of Dharma.
