Predrag “Peđa” Stanišić, my best friend’s brother, is a devoted father of two young daughters and a hardworking construction worker. While working in Croatia, Peđa’s life changed in an instant when a furnace explosion caused a devastating fire. He suffered third-degree burns covering 45% of his body and severe lung damage from inhaling flames and smoke. He is now hospitalized in Zagreb, under intensive care, fighting to breathe and recover from this life-threatening condition.

The medical costs, rehabilitation, and the financial burden on his family are overwhelming. We are raising funds to help cover ongoing medical treatment, surgeries, recovery care, and rehabilitation expenses. These funds will also provide support for his two daughters as they face this difficult time without their father.
