Help Paying for Veterinarian Bill for my Dog Ripley

My name is Krista. I adopted my dog, Ripley, 12 years ago from a shelter in Georgia while I lived there. At her veterinarian appointment last week, I found out that she will slowly lose her ability to use her hind legs. Putting her down is inevitable at this point, but my mom and I pooled our money for the bill and medication. Anti-slip socks have helped quite a bit for now, and using a towel as a sling for stairs has helped immensely. I have no children, so Ripley has been my child for 12 years, and she's such a good girl. I'm just asking for financial help for the bill, I've included an image of the bill. Anything helps.
