Hello, my name is Aliesha and this is for the emergency medical bills of my sweet boy Gojo. Gojo is my Covid Kitty, a sweet boy I picked up from a coworker who’d had a surprise litter of kitties. He’s given me comfort and love during the toughest periods of my life, and asks for nothing but snuggles and spooky time with CaseOh blasting on the T.V. On the morning of October 26th we rushed him to VEG (veterinary emergency group) due to labored breathing, walking difficulty, and obvious discomfort. It was there I found out that that he had a urinary blockage, and if not taken care of immediately would be fatal. He was kept for 56 hours where he got a catheter and a multitude of tests. I was told a lot of bad news while he was in there. For example, that even though we caught it within 12 hours due to how dehydrated he got, his kidneys might still be affected and that there is no guarantee that this won’t happen again. He’s home now, with a special diet to keep him hydrated, and on medications to help with discomfort as he recovers. On November 4th we see his primary to confirm if his kidneys are alright or if they are permanently damaged. Anything helps, Thank you so much for even taking the time to read this❤️
