Help pay Winston’s emergency Vet bills
Hi there, it’s Dan Brooker. As you know, life has been kicking me in the pants lately. What you don’t know is that I recently had to rush my cat, Winston to the emergency vet. He had a blockage in his urinary tract. Of course this was on a weekend. The emergency vet saved his life and they kept him Saturday morning to Monday morning. I then transferred him to my vet for Perineal Urethrostomy (or PU) surgery. This is a very expensive surgery with many meds and follow up appointments ahead of us.
Total vet bills for the surgery and the stay at the emergency Vet add up to $5,500. Winston is at home resting comfortably (currently wearing the “cone of shame”) and recovering from the surgery. I was not financially prepared for an emergency of this magnitude. I know these are very tough times for everyone but anything you can give would be greatly appreciated.
Please consider donating. If we manage to go above our goal, I will donate the extra funds to the Huron Valley Humane Society. Thanks in advance for your kindness and your generosity!
