Help pay Valerie's Cancer Treatment

I found out I am starting a new journey. One that I am going to need a lot of you to mostly stand by my children's and grandson side to help them be strong for each other and for the rest of my family as well as I am now going down a long difficult road of stage 4 thyroid cancer.
I was not going to tell anyone and try to get through this journey myself as I do not want my loved ones to have to go through it with me. However some of the people that are aware of the situation have asked me to tell my story as one day I may not be able to keep it a secret.
I am more scared and worried for my family than myself however also very sad that I have no idea if I will be able to watch my grandson grow and explore through his young life into adulthood.
I have said many times that one of my goals in life is to out live Betty White. I am not going to give up that goal. I am going to do my best to try but I am going to need all of you to help my family be strong, be there when they need a hug or someone to talk to. And pray we get through this next chapter of our lives.
