Amy Rae Bailey Ferguson, 44, died suddenly and tragically on Sunday, January 9.

The single mother leaves behind Colton Julian (20) and Jaxson Ferguson (11).

Amy had been left in 2019 to deal with the financial and legal hardships of a difficult divorce but, nonetheless, managed to overcome and rebuild her life. She had recently ventured into a new career, landing a job as a copy coordinator for a TV news station in Waco, TX.

Amy was a survivor and a champion for the most vulnerable among us. Unfortunately, she lost the ultimate battle. A loving mother, daughter, sister, and friend, her absence leaves us with broken hearts, unable to be mended.
