Calling all kitty lovers!
Sweet Tango belongs to a dear Aunt of mine. A few weeks ago Tango had to have emergency surgery for an intestinal obstruction. He was very sick, not eating and hardly able to walk.
My sweet aunt is a musician and her husband is on disability, and after being quote 5k for the surgery, had decided to put him down. It was a very emotional week, as this kitty brings a lot of love and brightness to a quiet and simple life. My aunt and Uncle have no children and so Tango is their precious baby.
However, after finding Care Credit and contacting a more local veterinarian, Tango was able to get the surgery for 3K! Given the new cost, my Aunt couldn't fathom saying goodbye to their dear friend, although she doesn't have all the money needed. She put everything on Care Credit and hoped for the best.
For a whole week Tango had to be syringe fed and receive fluids daily, but he is now eating on his own and recovering fantastically!
The funds raised here will go directly to the Care Credit bill for Tango to help relieve some of the stress and support his further recovery.
Any donation will be more appreciated than you know. My aunt is a sweet, kind, loving person and would never ask for help even when she needs it most. I would pay her whole bill if I could, because I know she would do the same for me if SHE could.
