Help pay surgery deposit & reschedule

hi everyone. i hate having to resort to doing this again, but i’ve no other options. due to not giving a 60 day notice to the center i’d be going to for surgery, i now have to pay a $5,000 deposit prior to rescheduling. however with that being said, once the surgery is complete, the deposit will be applied toward any balance that is owed to the office, and the rest will be refunded to me. i’ve tried saving money on my own, i’ve taken to selling official merchandise of various media i’ve accumulated over the years only to yield unsuccessful results, the trans annual surgery fund i applied to in 2023 didn’t select me as a candidate and the others don’t open until the middle and end of this year, and i just don’t know what else to do. my job is incredibly physically demanding and i bind my chest for 9 hours a day, which as of late, has taken a physical toll on me; my chest feels excessively tight when i’m wearing it, and it’s difficult to even breathe sometimes. i have no set date in terms of paying the office but i would like to get it as soon as possible to alleviate my dysphoria and stop damaging my body.
