Help Pay Medical Expenses for Stage 4Cancer

Donation protected

My name is Monica Salgado and my husband has been diagnosed with Colon Cancer at the age of 30. We just found out it's stage 4 and we know this will not be cheap.
He was misdiagnosed numerous of times before we found out.
July last year we went to the ER for his uncontrollable vomiting and diarrhea, he mentioned blood being in his diarrhea and he was diagnosed with gastritis. Did the Brat diet and it didn't do much help. He also had an endoscopy performed and it concluded negative for celiac. He then had the same uncontrollable vomiting and diarrhea and we went to the ER again and they ruled it as IBS, his uncontrollable vomiting got better but the diarrhea continued and was at that point bloody mucus. We asked for a CT scan and the Dr said it was unnecessary and the nurse said it would just be another large charge added to our bill. Had they of done this scan it would have been caught quicker and it wasn't until Daniel set up his first appointment with a primary doctor that, that Dr said to have a colonoscopy done right away.

My husband had recently started his new job and since it takes 90 days for the insurance to kick in he scheduled the colonoscopy after it would start and we had to move it closer since he started to develop lower abdominal pain and back pain. He still tried to go to work even with these pains and only called off when he was up all night dealing with those pains. I being by his side would be awake with him trying to comfort him as much as possible. This is the man who has been there for me, who has been providing me and our kids the things we need and the encouragement we need.

Since he is no longer able to work our income has been cut more than half. His insurance will most likely rule this as pre existing and not cover the costs. And I am in the position of needing to bring him to his appointments so I can not go into work and receive my full pay check that I would normally get.

My husband and I have 2 kids together and we were wanting more... The first is 6yrs old and the youngest is 3yrs old. We love our family, we love each other. This is single handedly the Hardest Thing we are going through.

Prayers and Donations help. God will take all the Glory in this story, for he has the last word and we're praying for a miracle.
