Help pay Funeral costs for Gayle.

Hi, My name is Chantelle, and I have been a very close friend of Gayle Cole for more than 11 years.

 

Today, I am writing to you to let you know about the loss of Gayle's Mom, Lesley Cowell. Many of you already know that her beautiful mother had cared for Gayle's disabled grandfather and down syndrome uncle from when she was 9yrs old, single-handedly; she sadly started going blind but continued to look after everyone with Gayle.

 

She was diagnosed with dementia 10yrs ago and Parkinson's disease 2yrs ago (among other health struggles) and had already had an extremely tough and sad life journey.

 

Yet she NEVER complained and was forever laughing, smiling, happy, and being cheeky.

 

Her Mom blew her mind with her unbelievable character and vibrancy, regardless of her struggles. How she did it, she had no idea.

 

She always said Gayle saved her life when she was born and called Gayle her Angel. And now she's Gayle's Angel.

 

Sadly Gayle has no other family and has to arrange her Moms Funeral and find the finances to fund the funeral of the most important person in her life. Although she is keeping things simple yet beautiful, funerals are not cheap. Unfortunately, her Mom didn't have any funeral payment plans or savings in place, so it's on Gayle to try to sort it out.

 

So please, can you help me help Gayle? You all Know that Gayle is a beautiful soul and would bend backward to ensure her friends and family are ok. If you know Gayle, and you were in her shoes right now, you know she would be probably knocking on your door right now, making sure you have eaten, slept, and spent hours sitting with you talking about how special you are and that everything was going to be ok. Just like she did for her Mom.

 

So we made this page for Gayle so that if anyone feels they would like to offer help and support and wishes to contribute, they can choose to by helping her to pay for her beautiful moms' last gift on Earth, her funeral. We will need to pay all funeral costs by 20th April 22.
